We work from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 19 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 15 p.m.

If you know what parts you need, you can of course buy them – this will shorten the time of your visit. However, if you are not an expert in this topic, you can safely rely on one of our professionals. The technician will assess the situation on site and then go to buy the necessary parts.

Yes, all you need to do is provide us with the data for which the invoice is to be issued during a phone call or in a message.

Each visit made via InstaFix is insured up to PLN 100,000, and our technicians have the appropriate experience and qualifications.

InstaFix offers a wide range of services and we are constantly growing! Of course, you can imagine that the price of drilling a few screws for a new mirror (about 65 PLN) can be significantly different from the price of connecting a new dishwasher (about 120 PLN). But we understand your concerns – price is the most important factor. That is why we have determined that the average price of a service technician's visit is about PLN 100.

You can only pay for the service by bank transfer or card. It is not possible to pay in cash.

Yes, you can cancel the service up to one hour before your scheduled visit. All you have to do is contact us by phone or send us a message.

Yes, most of our services come with a 30-day guarantee, which is based on the terms and conditions in our terms and conditions.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please call us to arrange a return visit, during which the contractor will consider the legitimacy of the complaint and fix the defect. Please note that the complaint only covers the same scope of work, cost and the same place.
We advise against contacting a technician directly as this will void the terms of the warranty and further be against our terms and conditions. In the future, this may also result in the technician raising prices. Unlike Instafix, not every technician cares about their brand image and genuinely cares about the client's interest.
